The Tarzi Research Foundation is an independent and nonprofit research and policy evaluation entity based in Kabul, committed to informing policy and practices to strengthen Good Governance, empower women, peacebuilding, access to justice, and protect human rights. The organization received funding from government and local and international organizations to conduct field surveys, data collection, research, and advocacy-dialogue workshops.
TRF is known for its high-quality, data and evidence-based research, a nationwide network of data collection, andvsuccessful past experience. TRF maintains active engagement with policymakers, civil society groups, and academia.
We aim to generate indigenous and context-specific knowledge and improve policy and decision-making through data- and evidence-based research and analysis.
The organization is consists of an administrative team and an Advisory Board of technical experts, academics, CSOs, and practitioners.
