As Dr. Abdullah is leading the peace process in close collaboration with President Ghani, it hints a new era in Afghan and regional politics that carries the good news of peace and prosperity out with itself.

Few days from today, on 23rd and 24th November 2020, 66 countries and 32 International Organizations come together in virtual format to discuss shared development objectives, renewed their commitments, and pledged generous financial support to the Government of Afghanistan.

The worldwide reaction, including the United Nations, against the Taliban's takeover was full of outrage. The US, UK, Germany, and Canada were the first countries that announced that they would not recognize the Taliban’s government.
